How does Uriel come through, or how do I recognize Uriel?

I ask for Uriel's help when I decide I had enough of trying to figure things out and give in by asking for guidance.

From my experience, if you try to search for Uriel, it will not work; it is more about being aware of the change within you are not planning.

For example, my thoughts are sometimes so caught up, trying so hard to find solutions and answers. Uriel will impart the quiet, calm, deep feeling of understanding. I feel a slight, soft movement in the distance between the situation I am battling and the desire for help.

It feels like you are stepping away from whatever you are trying to solve, caught up with, or stuck on.

You are taking a moment to see the situation from a distance. This provides the body with a break from its exposed emotions.

The mind becomes quiet and precise, and then you know what to do.
